根据室内试验,结合杆式泵抽油特点,确定了油田应用的聚合物溶液的流变性,并建立了吸入过程中泵内压力、进液速度、进液高度和泵排量系数方程组。室内试验测试表明吸入过程中泵内压力随柱塞位移的变化基本上呈下凹非对称的抛物线形式;在有气体存在的情况下,泵内压力下降速度加快。现场实例表明,泵的排量系数受生产气油比、聚合物浓度、沉没度、冲程、冲次、泵径等多种因素影响,主要作用的因素是生产气油比、聚合物浓度和沉没度。油田实例分析与现场实践是一致的,进一步证明该理论是正确和可靠的。
According to the laboratory test and the characteristics of rod pump oil pumping, the rheological properties of the polymer solution used in the oil field were determined. The equations of pump pressure, inlet velocity, inlet height and pump displacement coefficient were established. Laboratory tests show that the pump pressure changes with the displacement of the plunger in the process of inhalation is basically concave asymmetric parabola; in the presence of gas, the pressure drop within the pump speed up. The field experiments show that the pump displacement coefficient is affected by many factors such as gas-oil ratio, polymer concentration, submergence, stroke, stroke and pump diameter. The main factors are the production of gas-oil ratio, polymer concentration and sinking degree. The case analysis of oil field is consistent with the field practice, which further proves that the theory is correct and reliable.
