试验测定了机械合金化过程中能量消耗及粉末粒度、形态与工艺条件的关系。结果表明,在球磨初期,球磨转速越高,粉末粒径越大。在球磨后期,粉末粒度随输入比能量的增加而减小。
The experiment measured the energy consumption during mechanical alloying and powder size, morphology and process conditions. The results show that in the early ball milling, ball milling speed is higher, the larger the particle size. In the later stage of ball milling, the particle size decreases with the increase of input specific energy.
