在过去几年间,压力浸出已经取得了显著的进展。压力浸出作业处理吨位最大的是从矾土中获得铝。接下来依次是从红土中生产镍和酸浸处理硫化锌精矿。此工艺应用于从黄铁矿和毒砂中游离金。通过氰化物溶液进行有效浸出的方法被认为是水冶近代史上的一个里程碑。对此工艺应用于铜硫化物精矿进行了广泛的研究,但目前尚未在工业上应用。相信下一步将是解决铜工业存在的这一问题。本文总结了取得的一些成就。
In the past few years, pressure leaching has made significant progress. The largest tonnage of pressure leach operations is the availability of aluminum from bauxite. Followed by the production of nickel from the laterite and acid leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate. This process applies to free gold from pyrite and arsenopyrite. The method of effective leaching through cyanide solution is considered as a milestone in the recent history of hydrometallurgy. This process has been extensively studied for copper sulfide concentrates, but has not yet been applied industrially. Believe that the next step will be to solve this problem existing in the copper industry. This article summarizes some of the achievements made.
