我国化工园区的开发、建设相对于发达国家起步较晚,形成发展过程具有独特性,受历史影响较大,在管理模式中,政府型带有计划经济的色彩,适用于经济不太发达或缺乏开发、运作经验的地区;公司型适用于经济发达,与国外交流多、信息灵的地区采用;混合型则适用于上述两种情形之外的广大中等发达地区。在产业发展模型中,化工园区决策部门要根据园区所在地的实际情况,选择适宜的产业发展模型,用战略眼光规划和建设化工园区。
