诚信是一个人的立人之本,也是一个国家繁荣昌盛不可或缺的因素。大学生作为祖国未来发展的中坚力量,其诚信水平状况一直备受关注,就目前国内各大调查研究显示,总体而言是处在平均水平之上的,但是众多失信行为也是存在的。与目前大学诚信管理最发达的美国高校相比,我国高校目前的大学生诚信管理体系仍在基础阶段。随着互联网的高速发展,建立一套适时且高效的诚信管理模式尤为重要。本文通过发放调查问卷,对西藏大学学生的诚信现状以及所反映出的问题进行研究、分析,并通过国内外优秀模式的借鉴,提出一套简单适用的诚信管理体系,希望能为我校的诚信管理提供借鉴意义。
Honesty is the foundation of one’s own integrity, but also an indispensable factor for the prosperity of a country. As the backbone of the future development of the motherland, undergraduates have been receiving much attention for their honesty and creditability. At present, major surveys and researches in China show that they are above average on the whole, but many untrustworthy acts also exist. Compared with the most developed university credit management institutions in the United States, the current university students integrity management system is still in its infancy. With the rapid development of the Internet, it is particularly important to establish a timely and efficient credit management system. Through the distribution of questionnaires, the status quo and the problems reflected in the integrity of students in Tibet University are researched and analyzed, and a set of simple and applicable honesty management system is put forward through reference from excellent models both at home and abroad.
