泸州地区五所医院3年(1984—1986)围产儿出生缺陷监测结果,7348例围产儿中检出畸形儿146例,发生率为19.86‰,其中单一畸形占63.7％,多发者占36.30％,累计总发生率为30.89‰。畸形发生率:男(21.34‰)>女(17.97‰;农村(23.96‰)>城市(18.15‰);9至次年1月较高(约20‰)6至8月较低;颌面部(11.42‰)最高,其次为肌肉骨骼系统,泌尿生殖系统,中枢神经系,消化系统,心血管系统等;围产期死亡率32.79％,围产期死婴中发生率为207.47‰。
