1 前言砌筑轧钢加热炉所使用的耐火材料,是影响炉子热效率和使用寿命的重要因素之一。为提高炉子热效率,延长炉体使用寿命,耐火材料的应用趋势已由常规砌砖向整体浇注,重质材料向重轻质、多种复合材料发展。其中,采用粘土质浇注料做炉体,炉体内壁加衬高档耐火纤维层,炉体外壁以普通耐火纤维做保温层,加热炉炉体砌筑形成了轻重轻
