目的:探讨城区各医院整合以后检验科管理。方法:采用加强学习,提高检验人员素质;增进交流,创造和谐的科室环境;建立完善的制度;明确岗位分工;合理使用仪器;做好实验前、中、后的质量控制;完善实验室信息管理系统;加强与临床沟通。结果:检验科的业务收入、业务水平、人员素质、使用的设备、管理方式都有了明显的提升。结论:通过采取有效的管理措施,检验科可以突破整合初期因管理模式、人员素质、工作习惯、使用设备、信息管理不同带来的问题,整合后的检验科可以有一个良性的发展。
Objective: To explore the integration of the city after the hospital laboratory management. Methods: To strengthen the study, to improve the quality of the inspectors; to enhance exchanges and create a harmonious departmental environment; to establish a sound system; to clear the post division of labor; to use the instrument rationally; to make the quality control before, during and after the experiment; to improve the laboratory information management System; strengthen and clinical communication. Results: The laboratory’s business income, business level, staff quality, equipment used, management methods have been significantly improved. Conclusion: By taking effective management measures, the laboratory can break through the problems arising from the different management modes, personnel qualifications, work habits, equipment usage and information management in the early stage of integration. The integrated laboratory can have a healthy development.
