本刊组织的关于“改进中学历史教学”的笔谈,在七月号已发表了一部分同志的意见,本期继续将另一部分意见刊出。在这次笔谈中,大家的意见比较集中在以下的几个方面:(一)中学各年级历史课的设置顺序如何才更为恰当的问题;(二)对教材(包括教学大纲、课本和教学参考书),希望能编写得更为完善适用;(三)师资水平(包括历史科学知识水平、教学技术水平和政治水平)还需要采取有效措施来进一步提高;(四)教学的领导工作还需要进一步加强。大家在提出问题的同时并提出了一些积极的建议,但由于字数所限,改进意见一般提得还不够具体不够丰富。同时上面提到的都是几个比较大的根本性问题,究竟怎样做才更好,还需要大家集思广益共同探讨,因此本刊在上期笔谈前的编者按语中希望大家继续深入地展开讨论。我们深(?)大家踊跃地写稿,对以上几个问题提出具体的切实可行的和具有较丰富内容的改进意见;特别希望大家更着重介绍自己在弥补教材缺陷、发挥教材优点、创造性地运用教材方面的经验,以及通过系统自修及教研活动提高业务水平方面的经验。来稿最好集中深入地谈一两个问题的经验与体会,并且希望尽可能写得简短,以求达到集思广益、交流经验解决问题的目的。我们中学历史课教学几年来有很大的改进,并且取得了不小的成绩。参加本刊这次笔谈的同志,绝大部分从进一步改造教学的愿望出发,实事求是地指出了目前存在的问题,并且提出了自己的积极性的改进建议。但是,也有个别人对于党对学校教育工作的领导,持有可有可无的忽视态度;对过去几年的教学改革和教材编写工作采取了一笔抹煞全盘否定的态度,这显然是错误的。天津第一中学几位同志在读过本刊上期的笔谈之后,对这类说法提出了批判的意见,我们特在这次笔谈里一并刊出。
Some articles written by the journal on improving history teaching in secondary schools published some comrades’ views in the July issue and continued to publish another part of the comments in this issue. In this writing, everyone’s opinions are more concentrated on the following aspects: (1) how to set the order of the history classes at all levels of middle schools to be more appropriate; and (2) the teaching materials (including syllabus, textbooks and teaching Reference book), hoping to be able to write more perfect and applicable; (three) the level of teachers (including historical science knowledge, teaching skills and political level) also need to take effective measures to further improve; (four) teaching leadership also need To further strengthen. While asking questions, we have put forward some positive suggestions. However, due to the limited number of words, suggestions for improvement are not enough in general and are not rich enough. At the same time, the above-mentioned issues are all quite large and fundamental problems. It is even better for us to do what exactly we need to do. It is also necessary for all of us to brainstorm together for discussion. Therefore, we hope that we will continue discussions in depth in the editorials of the previous period. We deeply (?) Everyone wrote an essay enthusiastically and put forward concrete and practicable improvement suggestions on the above issues. We especially hope that people will pay more attention to introducing themselves to make up for the shortcomings of textbooks, make use of the advantages of textbooks and make creative use of them Teaching experience, as well as experience in improving business through self-study and teaching and research activities. It is best to focus on the experience and understanding of one or two issues in depth and to write as brief as possible in order to achieve the objective of brainstorming and sharing experiences and solving problems. Our history teaching in middle school has been greatly improved in recent years, and has achieved no small achievement. The comrades participating in the publication of this magazine, most of them proceeding from the desire to further transform their teaching, pointed out the existing problems in a pragmatic manner, and put forth proposals for their own initiative to be improved. However, there are also some individuals who hold indiscriminate and neglectful attitude towards the party’s leadership over school education. It is obviously wrong to negate the teaching reform and teaching materials compilation in the past few years in a totally negated attitude . Several comrades in Tianjin First Middle School, after reading the written articles in the previous issue, put forward their critical opinions on such statements. We specially published them in this writing.
