λ/4型轻质泡沫塑料吸波板材的设计

报道了根据λ/4型电磁波吸收原理,通过理论设计和模拟分析,以普通的无吸波性能的发泡型聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)板为介电材料,通过电阻膜复合,成功制备出新型轻质泡沫塑料吸波板材并进行2.45GHz吸收材料设计。实验表明,电阻膜的方块电阻值为345Ω,厚度1.8cm的泡沫塑料板试样,在2~4GHz频带,-10dB吸收带宽达到60%以上,在3.8GHz左右,最大吸收峰为-27dB,而同样特性的2.45GHz吸收材料设计厚度为2.5cm.
