China’s housing prices will not take the initiative to fall, the greatest possibility will be “hidden” financial risks implicated. Prices have always been a topic of Chinese concern. Have a family asked if they want to buy, or sell; no family asked if they want to chase, or wait a minute. First-tier cities are too expensive, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, housing prices have exceeded the level of Tokyo, while people’s income is still a large fraction of Tokyo. Third-tier cities prices are not too expensive, but not cheaper than the local revenue, and inventory is staggering, “ghost town ” a lot. Recently, Credit Suisse Managing Director and Asia Chief Economist Tao Dong in an interview with “China Real Estate Finance” said in an interview that common sense tells us that China’s housing prices have entered a high-risk area, but the developers and some experts say there is a decade Bull market, even the government in 2012 to vigorously suppress the property market is not silent.
