目的研究南京及深圳两地女性宫颈细胞中23种人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)多重感染的基因型分布及其差异性。方法收集2010年1月-2011年12月深圳市2 915例及2011年4-12月南京市3 678例女性宫颈细胞标本,采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对23种HPV基因型进行检测,并对多重感染结果进行分析,应用SPSS13.0统计软件对相关数据进行统计处理。结果 6 593例女性宫颈细胞标本中检出HPV感染阳性1 002例,阳性率为15.20%;HPV多重感染率南京组为1.69%、深圳组为5.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);深圳组高危型HPV16多重感染率最高为1.61%、其次为58、52型,感染率分别为1.34%、1.30%,而南京组高危型HPV16多重感染率为0.44%,18、33、58型感染率均为0.33%;深圳组低危型HPV43、6、42型多重感染率,分别为1.72%、0.62%、0.58%,而南京组43、11、42型,感染率分别为0.65%、0.14%、0.08%。结论女性宫颈细胞HPV多重感染的主要型别南京地区为43、16、18、33、58型,深圳地区为43、16、58、52型,HPV基因芯片技术可检测宫颈细胞标本中的多种HPV基因型,其特异性强、敏感性高,对我国女性宫颈细胞HPV感染基因型分布的研究具有重要的意义。
Objective To study the genotype distribution and the difference of 23 human papillomavirus (HPV) multiple infections in female cervical cells in Nanjing and Shenzhen. Methods Totally 2378 women with cervical cytology from 2 January 2010 to December 2011 in Shenzhen City and 3 678 women from April to December in 2011 were enrolled in this study. Twenty-three HPV genotypes were detected by gene amplification and gene chip technology. The results of multiple infections were analyzed and SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to process the data. Results The positive rate of HPV infection was found in 6 593 cases of female cervical cell samples, and the positive rate was 15.20%. The HPV multiple infection rate was 1.69% in Nanjing group and 5.66% in Shenzhen group (P <0.01) . The highest infection rate of high-risk HPV16 in Shenzhen group was 1.61%, followed by 58,52, the infection rates were 1.34% and 1.30%, while the high-risk HPV16 multiple infection rate in Nanjing group was 0.44%, 18,33 and 58 Infection rates were 0.33% in Shenzhen. The multiple infection rates of low-risk HPV type 43, 6 and 42 in Shenzhen group were 1.72%, 0.62% and 0.58%, respectively. In Nanjing group, the infection rates were 43.5% 0.14%, 0.08%. Conclusion The main types of HPV multiple infections in female cervical cells are 43,16,18,33,58 in Nanjing area and 43,16,58,52 in Shenzhen area. HPV gene chip technology can detect many types of cervical cell samples HPV genotype, its specificity is high and its sensitivity is high. It is of great significance to study the genotype distribution of HPV infection in Chinese women’s cervical cells.
