卫生事业现代化管理要有准确可靠的信息来源,登记报告制度和抽样调查是收集卫生资料的两个主要途径。通过家庭卫生调查收集有关人群健康状况、医疗服务需要量、卫生服务利用程度,卫生费用、行为生活方式对健康的影响、群众对卫生工作的态度和反应以及医疗卫生需要满足的程度和不能满足的原因等信息是卫生事业计划和评价不可缺少的依据,通过家庭卫生抽样调查取得的资料,既能核对常规资料收集方法的准确性和完整性,又能提供新的信息来源,弥补常规登记报告制度的不足,还可以通过有计划、有组织的抽样调查取得样本数据,用来推论全省或全国的卫生服务和居民健康状况,成为
The modern management of public health undertakings must have accurate and reliable sources of information. The registration reporting system and sample surveys are the two main approaches for collecting health information. Through family health surveys, collect relevant population health conditions, medical service requirements, health service utilization, health costs, behavioral lifestyle effects on health, people’s attitudes and responses to health work, and the extent to which health care needs to be satisfied and cannot be satisfied. Reasons and other information are the indispensable basis for planning and evaluation of health services. Through the data obtained from the sample survey of household hygiene, the accuracy and completeness of routine data collection methods can be checked, and new information sources can be provided to supplement the regular registration reporting system. In addition, sample data can be obtained through a planned and organized sample survey to infer the state of health services and residents’ health in the province or across the country.
