电子政务信息能够很好的反映国家行政机关和公众服务的实际信息,信息的可靠性和安全性与国计民生息息相关。信息安全风险评估则是保障电子政务信息安全的重要措施,直接影响到国家各级行政机关的正常运行。对电子政务信息安全风险的来源、评估以及管理办法进行研究,这对于国内电子政务信息安全风险的控制有着好的借鉴意义。
E-government information can well reflect the actual information of the state administration and the public service, and the reliability and security of information are closely related to national economy and people’s livelihood. Information security risk assessment is an important measure to ensure the security of e-government information, which directly affects the normal operation of the administrative organs at all levels in the country. The research on the source, evaluation and management of information security risk in e-government has good reference for the control of the information security risk in domestic e-government.
