A BOD microbiological sensor consisting of the Trichoderma leather-like material and a flow-through microcomputerized BOD meter are reported. The response time of this method is (3 ~ 7) min, the measuring range is (10 ~ 60) mg / L, the linear equation is ΔI = 0.42 + 1.64C, and the correlation coefficient γ = 0.097. The relative standard deviation (RD) was 3.71% and the recoveries were 94.1% -104.7% for 8 replicates of 40 mg /
