幼儿阶段是社会性发展和培养的重要时期,幼儿道德行为的养成是幼儿社会性发展与培养的重要内容。著名教育家陈鹤琴先生强调:“习惯养得好,终身受其益;习惯养得不好,则终身受其累。”[1]在幼儿的一日生活中,面对幼儿的某些不良行为,我们不能大声呵斥,使孩子的自尊心受到伤害,而是应该讲究艺术,既要能帮助孩子找到不足,又能从中发现培养幼儿良好行为习惯的契机,使孩子在快乐中接受和养成,从而形成良好的行为习惯。
