On the Current Reform of the Judicial System —— From the Prospective of the Fourth Five-year Reform

The judicial reform in China has experienced four different reform processes,each of which has unique task and effect,so only through making clear the reform effect and deficiency of each reform process can we grasp the direction and focus of each reform. The Fourth Five- year( 2014- 2018) Reform Program of People’s Court first of all shows the problems of the reform of the judicial system in China,and based on the direction of the reform of the judicial system,it is adapted to the new demand of the judicial practice. On the other hand,there are indeed various problems concerning reform,justice,benefit and authority in the judicial reform practice,which need different solutions and improvement with the guide of the Fourth Five- year( 2014-2018) Reform Program.
