面对日益严峻的环境、资源与经济发展之间的矛盾,现在介绍我国钢铁产业发展现状的基础上,提出了发展循环经济是我国钢铁产业可持续发展的唯一出路,并针对我国钢铁产业循环经济发展过程中出现的一系列问题,提出了几项完善措施,对于我国钢铁产业循环经济的发展具有重要意义。
