铝土矿选矿精矿粒度对精矿脱水过滤及拜耳法生产氧化铝具有重大影响。通过对铝土矿选矿精矿铝硅比的要求 ,一水硬铝石嵌布状态的研究 ,发现矿石中存在大量粒度较粗的一水硬铝石富集合体 ,并测量了其粒度 (工艺粒度 )。并对磨矿产品的富集合体解离度进行了测量。经分析计算 ,精矿粒度可放粗至 75% -0 0 75mm左右。
