蓝色经济区的建设和发展过程中,海洋文化的确立至关重要。因为文化左右着经济的发展方向,在经济实力竞争中发挥着关键作用。海洋经济和海洋文化的关系同样如此,后者为前者提供支撑作用、保障作用、导向控制作用,甚至会具有影响全局、决定胜败的作用。本文对蓝色经济区经济文化互动发展的特点及问题进行了分析,并提出了蓝色经济区经济文化互动发展的对策建议。
The establishment of a blue economic zone and the development of marine culture are of paramount importance. Because culture is about the economic development direction, it plays a key role in the competition of economic strength. The same is true for the relationship between the marine economy and the marine culture, which provides the former a supporting role, a safeguarding function and a guiding role in control and may even have the effect of influencing the overall situation and determining victory or defeat. This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the economic and cultural interactive development in the blue economic zone, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the economic and cultural interaction in the blue economic zone.
