随着市场竞争越来越激烈,经济效益已成为企业生存和发展的关键因素之一,而工程项目施工成本的合理控制与有效管理是企业经济效益的关键,因此,施工企业应将工程成本的控制和管理提高到战略目标上。本文结合工程实际介绍了水利水电工程项目施工成本控制管理的重要性,分析了其目前存在的问题,同时针对成本控制管理中的主要问题,探讨了项目成本控制管理的原则和基本对策。
