高职院校的顶岗实习是学生在校期间的一个重要的学习阶段,也是学生迈进社会一个关键过渡阶段。在实际实施顶岗实习的过程中,校企双方存在很多问题和矛盾。本文就顶岗期间的问题进行归类总结和分析,提出改良的措施。
The internship in higher vocational colleges is an important study period during which students are in school. It is also a crucial transition period for students to enter the society. In the actual implementation of internship in the process, there are many problems between school and enterprise and contradictions. This article summarizes and analyzes the problems during the post and puts forward the measures for improvement.
