自五十年代初期以来,Z114造型机配合铸工输送器双面型板脱箱造型的生产流水线,对我国铸造的发展起了相当大的促进作用。三十年来的生产实践说明、这种流水线是易于推广和高效率的生产方式,但它严重地损伤了工人的身体健康。六十年代开始,国内试图用微震压实有箱造型线配以组合型板等方法来替代 Z114造型机,可是由于原有成千上万块双面型板不能再利用等缘故,没能成功地推广。一九八○年我国纺织部引进了亨(Hunter)水平分型脱箱自动造型线,投产一年多来的经验证明,它既能采用原有的双面型板,把工人从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来,又具有高的生产效率,是切合我国国情的更新 Z114造型机的有效方法。目前不少工厂打算推广亨特造型机,因而如何根据本车间的具体情况来布线的问题,也就提到议事日程上来了。鉴于国内以往在推广造型线时,存在有不根据生产纲领和具体件条,硬套用一个模式的教训,本文结合我国国情,对亨特造型机的使用问题,提出了下列多种布线方案,以供有关工厂、设计单位参考。
