促进经济增长、增加就业、稳定物价和保持国际收支平衡,是宏观调控的四大目标。经过多年实践,我们对前三个目标逐步有了较为深刻的认识。随着我国对外开放的不断发展,特别是在经济全球化趋势深入发展和国际产业转移不断加快的背景下,国际收支状况对经济稳定发展的影响越来越大。中央经济工作会议强调,必须把促进国际收支平衡作为保持宏观经济稳定的重要任务。这表明在深入贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中,我们对经济发展规律和宏观调控目标的认识更进了一步。
To promote economic growth, increase employment, stabilize prices and maintain the balance of payments in the world are the four major goals of macro-control. After years of practice, we have gradually gained a deeper understanding of the first three goals. With the continuous development of China’s opening up to the outside world, especially under the background of deepening economic globalization and accelerating international industrial transfer, the impact of the balance of payments on the steady development of the economy has become increasingly greater. The Central Economic Work Conference emphasized that we must regard promoting the balance of payments as an important task for maintaining macroeconomic stability. This shows that in the process of thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development, our understanding of the law of economic development and the goal of macro-control has taken us one step further.
