甘露醇是临床常用的效果确切的高渗性脱水剂,用于急性脑血管病、脑瘤等合并高颅压的治疗。静脉注射甘露醇后,血浆渗透压增高,利尿,颅内压降低。机体通过神经、体液、内分泌系统一系列微妙变化,进行自我调控,以保持整个机体内环境的进一步稳定。本文通过动物实验,观察甘露醇脱水后动物脑勺浆及外周血中两种神经肽—血管紧张素Ⅱ(A_Ⅱ)和心房利钠多肽(ANP)活性变化,对A_ⅡANP在机体调控过程中的作用进行初步控讨,为颅内高压的临床治
Mannitol is commonly used clinically effective hypertonic dehydration agent for acute cerebrovascular disease, brain tumor combined with high intracranial pressure treatment. Mannitol intravenous injection, increased plasma osmolality, diuretic, decreased intracranial pressure.
