目前,整个世界是不是都面临着创新?陈晟:这是一个比较大的话题。美国之所以很强大,是因为它在工业革命结束之后,整个国家不断创新。未来美国是不是依然强大?只要其创新机制还在,它还会很厉害。对中国来说,经过30年的发展,耗损了很多的资源,面临着瓶颈。如果经济发展模式不改变,没有制度上的创新,再“辉煌30年”是很困难的。
