在《商法》课的教学中,《票据法》的教学历来是一个难点。其主要原因是学生缺乏有关票据的背景知识,而《票据法》所调整的票据是市场交易的主要工具形式之一,具有较强的技术性。所以,在《票据法》的教学中,正确的教学导入非常重要。从学生的日常经验出发,选择他们生活中易于理解的简单实例,从认识《票据法》所调整的三种票据形式入手,是《票据法》教学中的一种非常有效的导入方法。
In the teaching of “Commercial Law”, the teaching of the “Law of Negotiable Instruments” has always been a difficult task. The main reason is that students lack the background knowledge of the notes. The notes adjusted by the Notes Law are one of the major forms of market transactions and are highly technical. Therefore, in the Teaching of Notes Law, the correct teaching is very important. Starting from the students’ daily experience, choosing simple examples that are easy to understand in their lives starts with the understanding of the three forms of notes regulated by the Notes Law. This is a very effective method of teaching “Notes Law”.
