为探讨早期诊断前列腺良、恶性病变的生物学行为指标,采用银染色和免疫组织化学染色法对74例前列腺良、恶性病变组织中细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)进行检测。结果前列腺癌组织中AgNOR和PCNA的表达明显高于前列腺非典型增生、前列腺增生症和前列腺炎(P<0.05),其表达依次呈递减趋势。前列腺非典型增生的AgNOR和PC-NA计数介于前列腺癌与前列腺增生症之间(P<0.05),表明前列腺非典型增生具有潜在的恶变可能。前列腺癌中AgNOR计数和PCNA增殖指数与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。认为测定AgNOR和PCNA有助于鉴别前列腺良、恶性病变,可作为判断其生物学行为的指标。
In order to explore the biological behavior indicators of early diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic lesions, silver staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of AgNOR and PCNA in 74 benign and malignant prostatic lesions ) For testing. Results The expressions of AgNOR and PCNA in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in atypical prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis (P <0.05). Prostate atypical hyperplasia of AgNOR and PC-NA count was between prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.05), indicating that atypical hyperplasia of the prostate has the potential to malignant. Prostate cancer AgNOR count and PCNA proliferation index and tumor differentiation was negatively correlated (P <0.05). That the determination of AgNOR and PCNA help identify benign and malignant prostatic lesions can be used as an indicator of their biological behavior.
