自78-4～79-10我院内科急诊诊治6例预激症候群伴心房纤颤病人,全部成功的停止心房纤颤的发作,现将对本症诊断和治疗的体会介绍如下: 诊断问题:6例病人的病史中只有一例在发作前已知有预激症侯群。一例有风湿性心脏病,因为妊娠心衰,用洋地黄加重症状,其余5例皆为突然发作,无任何诱因,无心脏病史。6例病人的一般情况良好,血压正常,当病人平卧时,心悸的症状并不厉害。心电图检查为其主要诊断方法。6例病人的心电图特点:1.P波消失,有些导联f波很明显,2.一系列宽大
