测定了2℃和13℃下黄瓜及4℃和16℃下番茄中的腐胺和亚精胺含量。结果表明,冷害发生前,黄瓜和番茄中的多胺含量呈上升趋势,冷害发生后,其含量呈下降趋势;温度预处理在减轻黄瓜冷害的同时,延长了腐胺含量增加的过程。
The contents of putrescine and spermidine in cucumbers at 2 ° C and 13 ° C and in tomatoes at 4 ° C and 16 ° C were determined. The results showed that before chilling injury, the content of polyamine in cucumber and tomato showed an upward trend, and the content of polyamine in the cucumber and tomato showed a downward trend after chilling injury. Pretreatment with temperature decreased the chilling injury of cucumber and prolonged the content of putrescine.
