高职教育的迅速发展同时,也存在不少问题。本文以江苏食品药品职业技术学院为研究对象,从专业设置不合理、管理不够人性化、活动太多强制性、教学自主性不够、就业质量不高、创业配套性较弱、科研应用型不够等几方面,试图从专业教育、学生管理、科研和创业就业教育方面寻求破解的对策,借此为高职院校提供一些参考。
