合作是社会领域不同的个体或集团之间自觉地采取互相配合的方式以实现某种目的的行为；合作的本质是互利；合作与统一有区别；合作与分工既互相区别又互相联系；开放主要是扩大合作面；合作广泛存在于经济、政治、科学、文化等领域。树立合作意识，必须否定“斗争哲学”，反对极端个人主义，破除等级特权观念。
Cooperation is the act in which different individuals or groups in the social field conscientiously take a coordinated approach to achieve a certain goal. The essence of cooperation is mutual benefit. There is a difference between cooperation and unification. Cooperation and division of labor are distinguished and interrelated. Is to expand the cooperation area; cooperation exists in a wide range of economic, political, scientific, cultural and other fields. To establish a sense of cooperation, we must negate the “philosophy of struggle”, oppose extreme individualism and eliminate the concept of hierarchical privilege.
