以4种不同材质的中空纤维超滤膜为研究对象,利用电子万能试验拉伸机深入研究盐酸和氢氧化钠对超滤膜力学性能的影响,对比超滤膜在不同酸碱条件浸泡前后断裂强力和断裂伸长率的变化,建立不同材质中空纤维超滤膜的力学性能与酸碱试剂之间的相互作用关系。结果表明,采用力学性能指标可以准确有效地评价中空纤维超滤膜耐酸碱腐蚀性能,这为膜污染酸碱清洗技术提供了理论基础。
Using four kinds of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes with different materials as the research object, the influence of hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide on the mechanical properties of ultrafiltration membranes was investigated by using electronic universal tensile testing machine. The ultrafiltration membranes were compared before and after immersion in different acid-base conditions Strength and elongation at break of the changes in the establishment of different materials hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane mechanical properties and acid-base interaction between the reagents. The results show that the mechanical properties of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane can be used to evaluate the acid and alkali corrosion resistance accurately and effectively, which provides a theoretical basis for acid and alkali cleaning of membrane fouling.
