由中国科学院(CAS)、国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)、加拿大自然科学与工程研究理事会(NSERC)共同主办的全球研究理事会(Global Research Council,GRC)北京大会于2014年5月26至28日在北京成功举办。国务院总理李克强出席开幕式并致辞。来自40余个国家的70多个科学资助机构共110余位代表参加了本次会议。会议就“开放获取”和“青年人才培养”两个议题进行了深入的交流和研讨,取得了广泛共识并通过了《全球研究理事会原则和行动声明:塑造未来——支持下一代研究人员》。
The Beijing Conference of the Global Research Council (GRC), co-sponsored by the CAS, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Successfully held in Beijing on the 28th. Premier Li Keqiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 110 representatives from more than 70 scientific aid institutions in more than 40 countries attended the conference. The meeting conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on two topics: “Open Access” and “Young Personnel Training”, and gained broad consensus and adopted the “Global Research Council Principles and Behavioral Statement: Building the Future - with the support of Generation of researchers. ”
