心脏膜部间隔瘤可单独存在或并存其它心血管畸形。本文报告心血管造影诊断的两例。例1 女,5岁,生后5月发现心脏杂音。胸骨左缘3、4肋间闻及Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,P_2亢进。超声心动图考虑为弗氏窦瘤和室间隔缺损(VSD)。其他检查无异常。X线平片示心脏呈“二尖瓣”型,心胸比例0.58,右室增大,肺动脉段凸出,肺血偏多(图1)。左室左
Cardiac membranous septal tumor may exist alone or co-exist with other cardiovascular malformations. This article reports two cases of cardiovascular angiography. Example 1 female, 5 years old, after birth in May found heart murmur. Sternal left border 3,4 intercostal smell and Ⅱ systolic murmur, P 2 hyperthyroidism. Echocardiography was considered as sinusoidal aneurysm and ventricular septal defect (VSD). No other inspection abnormalities.
