新的23价肺炎球菌多糖菌苗对成人的免疫原性和反应原性

美国生产的第一代肺炎球菌多糖菌苗含14种血清型,每型多糖50μg,其免疫原性和安全性已经实验证实.本文报道成人对一种新的含各型多糖25μg的23价肺炎球菌多糖菌苗的临床反应及血清学应答.皮下接种30人,接种剂量0.5ml.结果25人(86.6%)局部有轻微反应,其中24人有触痛和运动引起的轻微疼痛,11人有红晕,8人有硬结.这些反应均在接种后数小时内出现,72小时内消退;7人有低热(>37.5℃),但均未超过38℃,持续时间未超过24小时.
