目的对血栓通治疗冠心病的有效性和安全性进行Meta分析,为冠心病的临床治疗提供参考。方法采用计算机检索方式对文献资料进行收集与筛选,对纳入文献进行质量评价,并采用Rev Man5.0软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献为8篇,且被评定为B级。从心电图有效率方面看,血栓通与复方丹参比较、血栓通联合其他药物与复方丹参联合其他药物比较、血栓通联合硝酸甘油与硝酸甘油比较以及血栓通联合其他药物与其他药物比较,RR、95%CI分别为1.46(1.25~1.61)、1.18(1.02~1.43)、1.23(1.12~1.32)、1.27(1.16~1.37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从心绞痛有效率方面来看,血栓通联合其他药物与其他药物比较RR、95%CI为1.29(1.18~1.37),血栓通联合硝酸甘油与单用硝酸甘油相比RR、95%CI为1.31(1.14~1.47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓通与其他药物联用以及单纯使用在冠心病治疗中均有着良好的治疗效果,可以在临床中得以广泛的推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong in treating coronary heart disease (CHD) by Meta-analysis and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of CHD. Methods The documents were collected and screened by computer searching method, the quality of the included documents was evaluated, and the included literature was analyzed by Meta-analysis using RevMan5.0 software. Results included in the literature for 8, and was rated as B grade. From the perspective of the efficiency of electrocardiogram, thrombus and comparision of Salvia miltiorrhiza, thrombomodal combined with other drugs and compound Danshen combined with other drugs, thrombosis with nitroglycerin compared with nitroglycerin and thrombosis with other drugs compared with other drugs, RR, 95 % CI were 1.46 (1.25-1.61), 1.18 (1.02-1.43), 1.23 (1.12-1.32) and 1.27 (1.16-1.37), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). From the point of view of angina pectoris efficiency, thrombus and other drugs compared with other drugs RR, 95% CI 1.29 (1.18 ~ 1.37), thrombosis combined nitroglycerin and single nitroglycerin RR, 95% CI 1.31 1.14 ~ 1.47), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with other drugs and simple use in the treatment of coronary heart disease have a good therapeutic effect, can be widely used in clinical practice.
