S100A8/A9,又称钙卫蛋白,是一种钙-锌结合蛋白质,主要由单核细胞,中性粒细胞和分化早期的巨噬细胞分泌,具有多种生物学功能~([1])。目前对于钙卫蛋白与疾病的相关研究有很多,除了发现钙卫蛋白与肿瘤、多种炎症性疾病及自身免疫性疾病密切相关~([2-4]),还发现在肥胖、2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)及其并发症患者体内,S100A8/A9也呈高表达,但其机制至今尚未阐明。现就钙卫蛋白与T2DM及其并发症的研究作一综述。
S100A8 / A9, also known as calprotectin, is a calcium-zinc-binding protein that is secreted by monocytes, neutrophils and early-stage macrophages and has multiple biological functions (1) . At present, there are many related studies on calprotectin and disease. In addition to discovering that calprotectin is closely related to tumors, various inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases ([2-4]), it has also been found that in obesity, type 2 diabetes (Type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM) and its complications, S100A8 / A9 also showed high expression, but its mechanism has not been elucidated so far. Now on calprotectin and T2DM and its complications are reviewed.
