水培条件下,以典型的对缺硼敏感和不敏感甘蓝型油菜品种为供试材料进行研究。缺硼条件下,当地上部生长不受影响时,敏感品种根系生长明显受抑制,表现为根鲜重、根单位体积重量显著降低,地上部与地下部比例增加,根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积及比表面均明显下降,而不敏感品种上述参数无明显变化。缺硼时,敏感品种的G-6-PDHse、CAT活性显著下降,POD明显上升,不敏感品种上述三种酶活性变化不明显,SOD和MDA在硼处理间及品种间均无显著差异。
Under hydroponic culture conditions, typical Brassica napus cultivars susceptible to boron deficiency were used as experimental materials. Under the condition of boron deficiency, the root growth of susceptible cultivars was significantly inhibited when root growth was not affected. Root fresh weight, root volume and root weight were significantly decreased, and the ratio of shoots to shoots was increased. The total root absorption area, active absorption area And the specific surface were significantly decreased, while insensitive varieties no significant changes in the above parameters. In the absence of boron, the activities of G-6-PDHse and CAT of the susceptible cultivars decreased significantly and the POD increased obviously, while the activities of the above three enzymes did not change obviously in the insensitive cultivars. There was no significant difference in the contents of SOD and MDA between the treatments and the varieties.
