压电复合材料是一种重要的、具有广阔应用前景的传感和驱动材料 .本文在压电材料基本理论、复合材料设计方法和实验力学的基础上 ,构造了一种 1 3型正交异性压电复合材料传感元件 ,探讨了它的传感原理 ,推导了该种元件的传感方程和用于各向同性材料 /正交各向异性材料构件表面测量的应力应变关系 ,并在单向和双向应力状态下 ,进行了实验研究 .结果表明 :1 3型正交异性压电复合材料传感元件可应用于构件表面上某一方向的应变测量 ,并具有较高的准确性
Piezoelectric composites are an important sensing and driving material with broad application prospects.In this paper, based on the basic theory of piezoelectric materials, composite materials design methods and experimental mechanics, a 13 type orthotropic Piezoelectric composite sensing element is discussed. Its sensing principle is discussed. The sensing equation of the element and the stress-strain relationship for the measurement of isotropic material / orthotropic material surface are deduced. The experimental results show that: 1 3-type orthotropic piezoelectric composite sensing element can be applied to the strain measurement in a certain direction on the surface of the component, and has high accuracy
