近年来,西部地区经济增长迅速,但生态环境保护问题也日益严峻。西部地区经济增长与生态环境保护协调发展的影响因素有:社会经济发展缓慢,经济落后,产业结构不够合理,生态环境十分脆弱,西部地区人口过多,贫困现象严重,生态环境恶劣,相关制度制约了西部地区的经济发展和环保工作的协调。文章提出产业结构的生态化转型,建设特色技术支撑机制,促进循环经济的发展和实行节能减排,提高环境金融财税相关政策的合理性等四大促进西部地区经济增长和生态环境保护协调发展的建议。
In recent years, the economic growth in the western region has been rapid, but the issue of ecological environment protection has also become increasingly serious.
