目的提高医院传染病疫情报告质量。方法连续进行医院传染病疫情报告的监测,比较采取改进措施前后医院传染病的迟报率、漏报率。结果 2005-2007年医院传染病迟报率平均为30.41%,漏报率平均为25.68%,2008-2009年迟报率平均为0.84%,漏报率为0,迟报率及漏报率明显降低。结论根据医院传染病疫情报告中存在的不足,进行原因分析并采取有效的改进措施,能有效降低传染病报告的迟报率及漏报率,从而大大提高传染病疫情报告的质量。
Objective To improve the quality of hospital infectious disease report. Methods Continuous monitoring of hospital infectious disease epidemic report was carried out, and the rate of underestimation and omission of hospital infectious diseases was compared before and after the improvement measures were taken. Results The average rate of late reporting of infectious diseases in hospitals was 30.41% from 2005 to 2007, with an average of 25.68% of omissions, and an average rate of 0.84% between 2008 and 2009 was 0.84%. The rate of omissions and omissions was significantly lower reduce. Conclusions According to the shortcomings in the report of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in hospitals, the reason analysis and effective improvement measures can effectively reduce the rate of reporting false positives and false negatives, thus greatly improving the quality of infectious disease reports.
