建设智慧城市,对加快工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化融合,提升城市可持续发展能力具有重要意义。在智慧城市建设的过程中,民生是其根本落脚点。在信息技术高速发展和日益普及的今天,利用信息网络、大数据等技术,以打造智慧民生,最终通过优化社会资源配置、创新公共服务供给模式、提升均等服务水平,提速民生服务领域信息化的跨越式发展。烟台市莱山区89000智慧民生公共服务平台建设的实践做法,对其他城市智慧公共服务平台建设带来了一些重要启示,提供了一些可以借鉴的经验。
Building a smart city is of great significance to accelerating the integration of industrialization, informationization, urbanization and agricultural modernization and upgrading of the city’s capacity for sustainable development. In the process of building a smart city, people’s livelihood is its fundamental goal. Today, with the rapid development of information technology and its ever-increasing popularity, we use information technologies such as information networks and big data to create smart people’s livelihood. Finally, by optimizing the allocation of social resources, innovating the supply mode of public services, upgrading the level of equal service and speeding up informatization in people’s livelihood services Leaping Development. The practice of building 89000 Wisdom Public Livelihood Public Service Platform in Laishan District of Yantai City brought some important enlightenments to the construction of smart public service platforms in other cities and provided some experiences to be learned from.
