目的探讨糖尿病患者膝关节镜术后早期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理,以降低患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生。方法对42例行膝关节手术的糖尿病患者行术前健康教育、控制血糖、术后精细的护理观察、患肢早期功能锻炼以及肌肉按摩等。结果 42例患者中未出现1例下肢深静脉血栓,术后恢复良好。结论控制血糖、患肢早期功能锻炼和肌肉按摩可预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,降低手术的风险。
Objective To investigate the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in the early stage after knee arthroscopy in patients with diabetes mellitus to reduce the incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis. Methods Forty - two patients with diabetes mellitus underwent knee operation underwent preoperative health education, blood glucose control, fine postoperative nursing observation, functional rehabilitation of limbs, and muscle massage. Results No one case of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis occurred in 42 patients, and the recovery was good after operation. Conclusion Control of blood sugar, limb early functional exercise and muscle massage can prevent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and reduce the risk of surgery.
