目前使用的胶带接头硫化器有蒸气加热和电加热两种,本文对电加热硫化器作一简介。电热硫化器由上、下两块加热板和液压缸等主要部件组成(图1)。被加热的胶带置于上、下加热板之间,加热板上的压力由液压缸提供。胶带接头质量的好坏与胶合时的压力、温度以及温度的作用时间有关系。液压缸的压力由液压系统中的溢流阀控制。加热板的温度和作用时间由温度自动调节器调节。
