A simulation and evaluation device for the intake of the intake system of an EFI engine was designed and manufactured. A method of evaluating the formation of intake system sediments - the appearance rating method was proposed. The reliability of the method was verified by experiments. The experimental verification shows that the simulation evaluation method of intake system of EFI gasoline engine has better resolution and repeatability, which can be used as the method of evaluating oil and additives in the future
