本文扼要介绍了成都钢铁厂试制的几种耐大气腐蚀窗框钢材在厂内及成都、重庆、峨眉等地钢窗厂和四川省建筑科学研究所进行的加工、焊接性能试验和检验情况。结果表明,无论采用手工电弧焊或连续闪光电阻焊,只要对用于B_3钢窗料的焊接工艺参数稍加调整即可得到性能合格的焊接接头;而为了保证焊缝区的耐大气腐蚀性能,以采取闪光电阻焊为宜。在成型加工过程中,个别钢种因与B_3钢硬度差别较大,对冲模具寿命有所影响,这可通过减薄钢窗料厚度加以改进。
This article briefly introduces the processing and welding performance tests and inspection of several kinds of atmospheric corrosion-resistant window steel products trial-fabricated by Chengdu Steel Plant in the factory as well as steel windows factory in Chengdu, Chongqing, Emei and Sichuan Institute of Building Science. The results show that no matter using manual arc welding or continuous flash resistance welding, as long as the welding parameters for the B_3 steel window material can be slightly adjusted to obtain the performance of qualified welded joints; and in order to ensure the weld zone atmospheric corrosion resistance, To take flash resistance welding is appropriate. In the forming process, the individual steel due to the hardness difference with the B_3 steel hedging tool life have an impact, which can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the steel window material to be improved.
