B型超声的探头,由于长期使用,其内部连线常因挠折而断开。笔者根据工作实践,现介绍一种简便的维修方法供参考。一、断线的寻找探头内部连线断开,在图象上反映为有固定的空白处,无超声发射和接收,表明内部有断开的连线。将探头用X线电视透视观察,可获得内部结构图象。并用移动探头位置的方法进行放大显示,可见连线断裂,以及换能器连线状况。根据电路示意和透视图象综合分析判断探头,用高精度数字万用表测
