解淀粉芽孢杆菌NCPSJ7是1株具有广谱抗真菌活性的生防细菌,同时能够分泌具有广谱抗菌特性的胞外抗菌脂肽类物质。为了研究该菌株及其胞外抗菌物质的生物安全性,测定了该菌株菌悬液以及胞外抗菌物质粗提液对实验小鼠的急性经口毒性,以及小鼠的肝功能和血常规指标。结果显示,按0.8 mL/10 g体重给小鼠灌胃解淀粉芽孢杆菌NCPSJ7菌株菌悬液(2.5×108 cfu/mL)及抗菌物质粗提液(蛋白浓度为3.0 mg/mL)后观察15 d,供试鼠的饮水、进食、运动等行为均未受影响,无明显中毒现象,未出现死亡,肝功能及血常规指标和蒸馏水组没有显著差异。NCPSJ7菌株菌悬液及其胞外抗菌物质粗提液对小鼠的安全性较高,具有进一步研究开发的价值。
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7 is a biocontrol bacterium with broad spectrum antifungal activity, and can secrete extracellular antimicrobial lipopeptides with broad spectrum antimicrobial properties. In order to study the biological safety of the strain and its extracellular antibacterial substances, the acute oral toxicity of the bacterial suspension and extracellular antibacterial substance crude extract to the experimental mice were measured, and the liver function and blood index of the mice . The results showed that the mice were inoculated intragastrically with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7 (2.5 × 108 cfu / mL) and crude antibacterial solution (protein concentration 3.0 mg / mL) at 0.8 mL / d, for the experimental rats drinking, eating, exercise and other behaviors were not affected, no obvious poisoning, no death, liver function and blood parameters and no significant difference between distilled water group. NCPSJ7 strain suspension and its extracellular antibacterial substance crude extract of mice in the higher safety, with further research and development value.
