中国科学技术期刊编辑学会于1987年3月4日至7日在北京隆重召开成立大会暨第一次会员代表大会。来自全国各地的理、工、农、医各专业的科技期刊编辑部的188名代表,以及有关部门领导,首都科技界、新闻出版界人士出席了会议。 我国的科学技术期刊已有上百年历史,编辑大家,世代有人,而成立专门学会,把编辑工作作为一门科学来研究这还是第一次,科技期刊是记录和传播科技信息的载体。
China Science and Technology Journal Editorial Association in March 4, 1987 to 7 in Beijing grandly held its inaugural meeting and the first member congress. 188 representatives of science and technology periodical editorial departments of science, engineering, agriculture and medicine from all over the country attended the conference as well as leaders of relevant departments, people from capital science and technology circles, and press and publication circles. It is the first time that China’s science and technology periodicals have been edited for centuries, editors and people from generation to generation, and set up specialized institutes to study editorial work as a science. Science and technology periodicals are the vehicles for recording and disseminating scientific and technological information.
